Ingredients:
1.25kg plain flour, sifted
Bisquick Copycat Mix Preparation:Method:Sift all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Add the shortening and cut into the flour with two knives until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs or cornmeal. Transfer to a sealed jar and store in a cool, dry, place. Note that this version contains no sugar so you will need to add sugar in the final recipe. If you want a sugared version then add 450g sugar to the basic mix. |
