IngredientsThis is a traditional Swiss Museli that was created tin the 1800s by Dr Bircher-Benner for the patients of his Zürich clinic.
150g porridge oats
Bricher Muesli Preparation:Method:Combine the oats and dried fruit in a bowl and pour 200ml cold water and the lemon juice over the top. Set aside in the refrigerator over night. Stir the coconut, yoghurt, almonds and grated apple into the chilled oat mix then transfer into bowls and top with the sliced apple, flaked almonds and blackberries. Drizzle with the honey and serve. |
