This kind of pudding, that's much like a fruited Yorkshire pudding is common in the North of England and a range of small berries are used in its making. Ingredients:
4 tbsp plain flour
Bilberry Pudding Preparation:Method:Beat together the flour and egg until you have a thin batter. Slowly whisk in the milk until completely combined then add the bilberries and sugar and stir with a spoon to mix thoroughly. Turn the batter into a well greased tin then transfer to an oven pre-heated to 170C and bake for about 30 minutes, or until set and golden brown. Serve hot with custard. |
