Ingredients:
90g granted orange zest
Baslerleckerli Preparation:Method:Mix all the ingredients together, adding just enough water so that the batter can be worked. Make sure that all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated then tip the cake mixture into a greased and lined sprinform cake tin and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool thoroughly, slice and serve with coffee. |
