675g lean pork
Basic Irish Sausages Preparation:Method:Combine the meat and fat then pass through a mincer twice. Turn into a bowl and mix thoroughly with the seasonings. (The easiest way to do this is to fry about 1 tsp each time you adjust the seasoning until you get it the way you like it.) Add the herbs and breadcrumbs then use to fill sausage skins, as usual. |
