Ingredients:
450g white haricot beans, soaked
Barbecued Bean Soup Preparation:Method:Place all the ingredients (apart from the barbecue sauce) in a crockpot and cook on low for about 14 hours (over nigh). Before serving remove the beef ribs and cut the meat from the bones. Return the meat to the slow cooker and stir-in the barbecue sauce. Cook on high for 20 minutes to ensure everything is heated through and serve. |
