Ingredients:
775g boneless chuck steak (about 4cm thick)
Barbecue Steak Preparation:Method:Cut the beef across the grain and on a slight diagonal to slices about 3cm wide. Place these in the base of your slow cooker (crockpot). Meanwhile, combine all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl then pour over the meat and mix to combine. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours. |
