1 pork roast joint
Barbecue Pork Roast Preparation:Method:Place the pork in a slow cooker (crockpot) and cover with hot water. Cook over night on low then pour off the water and shred the meat. Fry the onion in a little butter then, in a bowl, combine the onion, lemon juice, sugar and shredded meat. Add the mixture to the crockpot and cook on high for about 2 hours (or low for about 5 hours). |
