Ingredients
6 ripe medium-sized bananas
Banana-Coconut Bake Preparation:Method:Cut the bananas in half crosswise and cut each half lengthways in half. Place in a pie dish and dot with butter. Drizzle with orange and lemon juice then sprinkle with the brown sugar and coconut. Bake, uncovered, in an oven pre-heated to 190°C until the coconut is a golden brown colour. Serve with ice cream. |
