Ingredients:
1 25cm diameter Graham Cracker Cheesecake Crust
Banana Cheesecake Preparation:Method:Prepare the Graham Cracker Cheesecake Crust according to the recipe and set aside. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour into the pre-baked pie crust then return to the oven (pre-heated to 170°C) and bake for 40 minutes, or until set. Remove from the oven and set aside on a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes before loosening the rim. Allow to cool completely to room temperature before removing the rim then transfer to a refrigerator and chill for at least 3 hours befor serving. If desired, you can decorate by topping with a layer of plain yoghurt and sliced strawberries and bananas. |
