This baked vanilla cheesecake is another cake that's intended to be served at breakfast time. However, it's equally good as a dessert or tea-time snack. Ingredients:
250g digestive biscuits, broken into crumbs
Baked Vanilla Cheesecake Preparation:Method:Mix the biscuit crumbs in a bowl with the sugar and he melted butter. Use this mixture to line the base of a shallow tart case, pressing down to compress and ensure an even thickness. Place the base in an oven pre-heated to 190°C and bake for about 10 minutes, or until firm. Add all the remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth then pour into the prepared case and return to the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool before removing from the tin and slicing. |
