Ingredients:
1/4 tsp thyme
Baked Snapper Preparation:Method:Place the fish in a shallow baking pan that's been well greased. Base with half the melted butter then season with the thyme, salt and black pepper. Cover and place in an oven pre-heated to 180°C and bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Meanwhile, add the remaining butter to a large pan and when melted stir-in the remaining ingredients. When the fish has cooked for 1 hour pour the bread sauce over the top then return to the oven and cook (uncovered) for 20 minutes. Serve hot. |
