Ingredients
12 large eggs
Baked Eggs Preparation:Method:Take 6 individual gratin dishes or large oven-proof ramekins and butter them lightly. Divide the chorizo between them. Break 2 eggs into a cup and pour on top of the chorizo. Add 1 tbsp melted butter and 2 tbsp milk on top. Place on a baking tray and set in an oven pre-heated to 180°C. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes (or until the whites are set but the yolks remain soft). Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately. |
