Ingredients
250g bok choy (Chinese cabbage) cut into 2cm by 3cm chunks
Braised Bok Choy with St George's Mushroom Preparation:Method:Heat the groundnut oil in a wok, add the bok choi and stir-fry for 1 minute before adding the soy sauce and salt. Stir-fry for 2 minutes more then add the mushrooms and sesame oil. Stir to combine then add 500ml water. Cover and simmer until the ingredients are done and the sauce has thickened. |
