Ingredients:
90g butter
Bahamanian Lobster Curry Preparation:Method:Melt the butter in a pan and use to fry the onion until softened (about 6 minutes). Combine the flour and curry powder, season with salt then stir into the onion mixture until smooth. Fry, stirring continually, for 2 minutes then add the milk. Stir vigourously to ensure the sauce is smooth (add more milk is the sauce is too thick) then stir-in the lobster. Allow the meat to heat through for about 15 minutes then take off the heat, stir-in the lemon juice and serve on a bed of rice. |
