Ingredients:
1.8kg chicken meat cut into 3cm cubes Azeri Chicken Skewers Preparation:Method:Simply mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine then cover, place in a refrigerator and allow to marinate over night. The following day soak your wooden skewers for at least 1 hour in a large bowl of water and heat your barbecue. Thread the chicken pieces on the skewers and cook for about 8 minutes per side, or until completely cooked through. Take any left-over marinade and use to brush the chicken as it cooks. |
