Avocado and Crab Recipe

Origin: Ghana      Period: Traditional

Ingredients

1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
generous pinch of sea salt
freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
generous pinch of paprika
1 avocado
175g white crab meat, flaked
spring onions, to garnish

Avocado and Crab Preparation:


Method:

Combine the lemon juice, garlic and seasonings in a bowl then peel and pit the avocado and mash the flesh with the lemon juice mix. Add the flaked crab meat and combine thoroughly with a fork.

Arrange on plate, garnish with spring onions and serve with fingers of hot toast.
