(Eggs with Feta Cheese) Recipe

Origin: Greece      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp butter
150g Feta cheese, crumbled
salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste

(Eggs with Feta Cheese) Preparation:


Method:

Melt the butter in a pan then add the beaten eggs. Crumble the cheese over the top then season with salt and black pepper. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the eggs have cooked (but do not allow the cheese to melt completely).

Divide between tow plates and serve garnished with a little parsley.
