(Eggs with Cream) Recipe

Origin: Greece      Period: Traditional

This simple version of a very rich form of scrambled eggs is a Cretan speciality

Ingredients:

4 tbsp cream
8 eggs, well beaten
salt and freshly-ground black pepper

Method:

Add the cream to a large frying pan, bring to a boil and cook for about 6 minutes then stir-in the beaten eggs and season with salt and black pepper. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until done. Serve at once, divided between four warmed plates.
