Ingredients:
2 tsp curry powder
Aruban Iced Coconut Soup Preparation:Method:Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Transfer to a refrigerator and chill until you are ready to serve. Pass the soup through a fine-meshed sieve, pressing down well with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. As a starter this soup is excellent served with a few slices of honeydew melon. |
