This is a classic chicken and turkey stuffing that also works for stuffing pork. The quantities given are enough for a chicken. You will need twice the quantity to stuff the neck end of a turkey. Ingredients:
90g dried apricots
Apricot Stuffing Preparation:Method:Soak the apricots over night in a bowl of cold water to soften. The following day, drain off the liquid then chop the fruit finely before combining in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Add the egg to bind and use as a stuffing. |
