Ingredients:
1 Sweet Yeast-based Pizza Dough
Apple and Plum Streusel Dessert Pizza Preparation:Method:Turn the dough onto a lightly-floured work surface and roll into a 30cm diameter circle. Transfer to a greased baking tray then using your thumb and forefinger roll the edges of the pastry to form a rim. Cover and allow place in a warm spot to raise for 10 minutes. Combine all the ingredients for the cheese topping in a bowl and spread over the pizza base, going almost all the way to the edge. Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients for the apple and plum topping in a saucepan and heat until the apple softens then take off the heat and spread over the top of the pizza. Finally, crumble together the ingredients for the Streusel topping in a bow and mix with your fingertips. Sprinkle over the final pizza. Cover the finished pizza and allow to rise for 15 minutes then place in an oven pre-heated to 180°C and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges of the base are golden and crisp. Cut into wedges and serve immediately. |
