Ingredients:
115g butter
Apple Brownies Preparation:Method:Melt the butter in a microwave or a pan. Combine all the other ingredients together then mix with the butter. Pour into a greased 20 x 20cm baking pan. Place in an oven pre-heated to 180°C and bake for approximately 40 minutes. The mixture is done when golden brown on top and when a skewer inserted into the centre emerges clean. Allow to cool, then tip onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely. Cut into squares and store in an air-tight tin. |
