Apple, Avocado and Cobnut Salad Recipe

Origin: America      Period: Modern

Ingredients

4 eating apples, unpeeled
1 ripe avocado
juice of 2 lemons
50g freshly shelled cobnuts
watercress
French dressing

Apple, Avocado and Cobnut Salad Preparation:


Method:

Core the apples and slice into wedges. skin the avocado and slice. Put the apple and avocado into a bowl and cover with lemon juice.

Drain the apples and avocados just before serving then chop the watercress and nuts, and add to the salad. Toss with a good French dressing, season to taste and serve.
