Ingredients:
180g crushed plain crutons
Appetizer Pate Cheesecake Preparation:Method:Combine the crutons and butter and press into the base of a 22cm springform pan. Bake in an oven pre-heated to 180°C for 10 minutes. Soften the gelatine in the water and stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine the cream cheese and sausage, mixing until well blended. Gradually add the gelatine to this mix then stir-in the remaining ingredients and pour over the crust. Chill until firm then remove the rim of the pan. Chill again and serve. |
