Anise Seed Biscuits Recipe

Origin: German      Period: Traditional

200g sugar
400g flour
4 eggs
1 tbsp anise seed or a few drops anise oil

Anise Seed Biscuits Preparation:


Method:

Beat the eggs thoroughly for about 15 minutes then slowly add the sugar a little at a time and continue beating. Add anise seeds or a few drops of anise oil and the flour. Drop on well-greased baking trays and bake in moderate over (about 170°C) for about 12 minutes.
