Ingredients:
4 eggs
Anise Drops Preparation:Method:Beat the eggs briskly for 10 minutes then add the sugar and beat for a further 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and beat for 5 minutes. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on a greased baking tray and leave to stand over night. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 170°C |
