(Tomato and Cucumber Salad) Recipe

Origin: Greece      Period: Traditional

Ingredients

1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
3 firm, ripe, tomatoes, washed and sliced
5 tbsp olive oil
salt, to taste
dried, crumbled, oregano, to taste (optional)

Method:

Combine the tomatoes and cucumber in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the salt and oregano to season then dress with the olive oil an serve.
