Ingredients:
450g granulated sugar
Amish Pumpkin Bread Preparation:Method:Mix together the sugar, oil and eggs in a bowl then add the pumpkin and mix thoroughly before adding all the dry ingredients. Mix into the dough then add the water to form a batter. Pour this batter into two greased and floured 22 x 12 cm loaf tins. Place in an oven pre-heated to 170°C and bake for an hour, or until cooked through and nicely browned. Allow to cool then slice before serving. This is nice spread with butter or cream cheese. |
