Ingredients:
900g flour
Amish Muffins Preparation:Method:Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl then add all the liquid ingredients and mix to form a batter. Butter muffin tins then fill each well only 3/4 full of the batter. Place in an oven pre-heated to 170°C and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the muffins have risen and are golden brown on top. Serve warm. |
