Ingredients:
80g butter
Amish Chocolate Chip Cookies Preparation:Method:Cream together the butter and sugar then beat in the eggs, milk and baking soda. Mix well before adding the baking powder. Gradually add the flour and stir well to combine then add the chocolate chips. Liberally grease a baking tray and drop heaped tablespoons of the batter onto this. Place in an oven pre-heated to 200°C and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned. Allow to cool before storing in an air-tight jar. |
