Ambrosia Recipe

Origin: America      Period: Modern

Ingredients:

240g drained crushed pineapple
80g chopped walnuts
2 oranges, peeled and cut into segments
450g seedless grapes
180ml plain yoghurt

Ambrosia Preparation:


Method:

Clean the grapes and segment the oranges. Mix the fruit with the yoghurt, place in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving to ensure that the flavours are well blended.
