Ingredients:
1kg fish fillets
Aloha Seafood Dish Preparation:Method:Place the fish in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients together and pour over the fish. Leave to stand for 30 minutes, turning once. Remove the fish (reserve the sauce for basting) and place on an oiled grill pan. Grill for about 4 minutes, brushing with sauce. Turn carefully, brush with sauce again and cook for a further 4 minutes. The fish is ready when it flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
