Ingredients:
125g caster sugar
Almond Praline Preparation:Method:Combine the sugar and honey in a pan and heat until the sugar melts and develops a deep amber colour. Stir in the chopped almonds then pour the mixture onto a greased tin, baking tray or slab. When cool break into pieces and store in an air-tight jar. |
