Alkovendressing Preparation:Method:Put the eggs, mustard, garlic and shallots in a blender or liquidiser with the sugar and salt. Start blending, then add the oil, stock and other flavourings a little at a time briefly blitzing after each addition. Finally whirl-in sufficent raspberry vinegar to taste. |
