Ingredients:
900g fresh spinach, chopped
Alii Artichoke Casserole Preparation:Method:Blanch the spinach and drain well. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the cream cheese. Season and add the lemon juice and spinach, making sure you mix after each addition. Place a layer of artichokes in a 2l casserole dish then a layer of the spinach mixture, a layer of the artichokes and finally the remaining spinach mixture. Top with the breadcrumbs and place in an oven pre-heated to 180°C and bake for 30 minutes. |
