Ace of Clubs Cocktail Recipe

Some cocktails are so classic they simply stand the test of time and that's what the various cocktails in the Traditional Cocktails collection represent. The Ace of Clubs cocktail is one of these.

Ingredients:

60ml Golden Rum
15ml White Crème de Cacao
15ml lime juice
1/2 tsp simple syrup
ice cubes

Garnishes:

Angostura bitters

Serving Glass

Cocktail glass

Ace of Clubs Cocktail Preparation:

Method:

Combine the golden rum, white Crème de Cacao, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice. Shake well to mix and chill then strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with, at most, four drops of Angostura bitters and serve.
