Acapulco Cocktail Recipe

Some cocktails are so classic they simply stand the test of time and that's what the various cocktails in the Traditional Cocktails collection represent. The Acapulco cocktail is one of these.

Ingredients:

45ml Triple Sec
45ml Light Rum
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
ice cubes

Garnishes:

sprig of mint

Serving Glass

Old Fashioned (Tumbler) glass

Acapulco Cocktail Preparation:

Method:

Combine the Triple Sec, light rum, lime juice, sugar and egg white over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake thorughly to mix and chill then strain into an old fashioned glass over ice cubes, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
