Ingredients:
270g Graham cracker crust
3-Step Blueberry Cheesecake Preparation:Method:Prepare the Graham cracker crust according to the recipe and set aside. In the meantime, beat the cream cheese in a bowl until soft then whisk in the sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition, then top with about 1/3 of the pie filling and use a tothpick to gently swirl the filling into the cheese mix. Transfer to an oven pre-heated to 170°c and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the centre is just set. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool to room temperature. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 3 hours before removing the sides of the pan, topping with the remaining pie filling and serving. |
