This is by far the largest collection on the site and includes all the traditional and modern recipes from around the globe after the Victorian period (circa 1910). Of course, there are recipes on this page that go back much further than this. However, all these recipes are commonly prepared to this day.

This page does exclude all the ancient recipes, roman recipes, mediaeval recipes, elizabethan recipes, Georgian/Regency recipes and Victorian recipes on this site which, as historic recipes, have their own sections. Also excluded are all the coctails recipes and modern Fusion recipes on this site, which also have their own sections.
