900ml beef broth Method:PreparationAdd the mushrooms and leeks in a pot together with the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add the spices and saffron. Cook for about 20 minutes, until the mushrooms and leeks are tender. Drain and serve immediately. |
