3 cenninn, darnau gwyn a gwyrdd golau yn unig wedi torri Toddwch y menyn mewn desgil caserôl cyn ychwanegu'r cenni, rhoi caead am y cyfan a choginio'n ygafn am ychydig funudau. Rhoddwch y penfras am ben y cennin cyn gwasgaru'r sudd lemwn, cnau a phersli am y cyfan. Ychwanegwch halen a phupur cyn gorchuddio gyda ffoil wedi ei iro a rhoi'r caead un ol. Daliwch i goginio nes i'r pysgodyn fod yn barod ac i'r cnau fod wedi brownio (tua 25 munud).
English TranslationIngredients:
3 leeks, white and pale green parts cut into thin slices Method:Melt the butter in a flame-proof casserole and use to fry the leeks, covered, very gently for a few minutes. Lay the cod on top and sprinkle with the lemon juice, nuts and chopped parsley. Season well then cover with buttered foil, replace the lid and continue cooking until the fish is just tender and the nuts have coloured (about 25 minutes). Garnish with the lemon slices and serve. |
