120g cnawd cregyn gleision wedi eu coginio Torrwch cnawd y cregyn gleision yn fân cyn ychwanegu'r llysiau a'r ŵyau penwaig. Ychwanegwch y llysiau a'r briwsion bara ac yna'r halen a'r pupur. Cymysgwch gyda'r melynwy ŵy, brandi a'r hufen.
English TranslationIngredients:
120g meat from cooked mussels Method:Finely mince the mussel meat and mix with the vegetables and herring roe. Add the herbs, seasonings and breadcrumbs. Combine the eggs into this mixture then blend in the brandy and cream. Pack into a loaf tin that's been well buttered. Stand in a roasting tin and half-fill this with boiling water. Bake in an oven pre-heated to 170°C for half an hour and serve warm with toast. |
