150ml llefrith Berwch y tatws mewn dŵr glân nes yn barod (tua 35 munud) cyn eu sychu, eu cynysgu gyda'r menyn a'r llefrith a'u stwnsio'n llyfn. Ychwanegwch y caws i'r gymysgfa ac yna'r halen a'r pupur. Cymysgwch yn drwyadl.
English TranslationIngredients:
150ml milk Method:Boil the potatoes in unsalted water until tender (about 35 minutes). Drain then add the butter and milk and mash until smooth. Add the cheese, season and mix thoroughly. Grease a pie dish of about 1l in volume and scatter the breadcrumbs over, pressing them into the sides and base of the dish with the back of a spoon. Add the potato mixture then press down and roughen the top with a fork. Place in an oven pre-heated to 200°C and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the surface of the potatoes is golden. Served with pickles and crusty bread. |
