English TranslationIngredients:
665g potatoes, peeled and sliced Method:Place the potatoes and onions in a pan of lightly-salted water and bring to the boil. Once the mixture is boiling add the bacon pieces and season with pepper. Reduce the mixture to a simmer, cover and cook for about 100 minutes. Drain and serve hot. |
