English TranslationIngredients:
4 salmon steaks Method:Combine half the cheese, the breadcrumbs, the laver bread and parsley in a bowl. Place the salmon on a wire rack in a roasting tin and season with salt and pepper. Use the cheese and breadcrumb mix to cover the fish and bake in an oven pre-heated to 200°C for 25 minutes. Whilst it's baking prepare the sauce. Combine the wine, butter and cream in a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and then add the remainder of the cheese. Continue to simmer the mixture until the cheese has melted (but do not return to a boil). To serve, pour the sauce onto a plate then place the salmon on top before decorating with lemon slices and parsley sprigs. |
