450g o datws, wedi plicio, berwi ac oeri Curwch y tatws nes yn llyfn yna ychwanegwch gweddill y cynhwysion. Dewch a'r gymysgfa at ei gilydd fel toes cyn ei droi ar wyneb wedi ei flawdio. Rholiwch allan tua 2cm o drwch a torrwch nes ie fod yr un maint a'r badell.
English TranslationIngredients:
450g potatoes, peeled, boiled, drained and cooled Method:Mash and beat the potatoes until smooth then add all the remaining ingredients. Bring the mixture together as a dough then tun onto a floured work surface. Roll out to about 2cm thick and cut until the same size as your pan. Grease a frying pan and when hot add the potato cake and fry until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Slice into wedges and serve hot. |
