450g cig selsig Cyfunwch y cig selsig, resin, datys a'r cnau mewn powlen yna ychwanegwch y siwgwr a'r dŵr berwedig gan gymysgu'n drwyadl. Yn y cyfamser hidlwch y cynhwysion sych i fowlen arall. Ychwanegwch i'r gymysgfa selsig gan gyfuno'n drwyadl.
English TranslationIngredients:
450g pork sausage meat Method:Combine the sausage meat, raisins, dates and nuts in a bowl then add the sugar and the boiling water and mix thoroughly. Meanwhile, sift the dry ingredients into a separate bowl. Add this to the sausage meat mix and mix to combine. Grease loaf tins about 22 x 12 x 8cm before lining with greaseproof (waxed) paper. Turn the mixture into the tins then transfer to an oven pre-heated to 180°C. Bake for about 90 minutes then allow the cakes to cool in their tins for about 10 minute before turning out onto a wire rack. Serve slices warm with mashed potatoes and gravy. |
