8 tafell o fara gwyn Tynnwch grystiau y bara yna taenwch bob tafell gyda menyn a marmalêd cyn torri pob tafell yn bedwar triongl. Gosodwch y trionglau mewn desgil addas i'r popty gan orgyffwrdd bob rhes yn erbyn y llall a phob darn dros yr un agosaf iddo.
English TranslationIngredients:
8 slices of white bread Method:Remove the crusts from each slice of bread then spread on one side with the butter and the marmalade before cutting each slice into four triangles. Place the bread triangles in an oven-proof dish overlapping one against the next and overlapping each line with the previous one. Combine the milk, double cream, caster sugar and eggs in a bowl, beating them well to mix. Pour this mixture over the bred and scatter a little caster of the brown sugar over the top. Grate a little nutmeg over the top then transfer the dish to an oven pre-heated to 170°C and bake for about 35 minutes, or until the top has browned lightly. Serve hot |
