English TranslationIngredients:
120g shredded suet Method:Combine the flour, breadcrumbs, suet, currants, raisins, sugar, mixed peel and carrots together. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Turn the mixture onto a clean cloth and tie tightly. Place in a large pan and boil for 6 hours, until done. Continue topping-up the water as you cook to ensure that the pan does not boil dry.
